My family loved being just a short walk from Durham Central Park and the vibrant American Tobacco Campus, making our city strolls even more enjoyable and effortless after a delicious meal at a nearby bistro.

The location was perfect for catching a Durham Bulls game, making it easy for us to enjoy the evening. The staff were unbelievably friendly and patient, even with a busy hotel. The room was clean and surprisingly comfortable, the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in—no back pain at all! However, I wish there had been a hot breakfast included in the price.

The room on the 6th floor offered a lovely view of downtown and the DPAC sign, making for a pleasant stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had no negative impact on my back. However, check-in was delayed, and there was a lack of communication from housekeeping that disturbed my evening. Additionally, the frequent train noise and an annoying alarm in the hallway disrupted my sleep.

The room was spacious with large windows offering a view of the city skyline. Bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had quality toiletries. Great vibe overall, staff was friendly. Conveniently close to DPAC and many restaurants. However, the lighting in the room was a bit harsh and confusing to use.

Great staff, clean rooms, perfect location.

The food scene around here is lit! Bull City Burger and Brewery had hand-cut steaks that were simply divine. Plus, you can’t beat the friendly vibe of the staff. their service really took my stay to another level. Oh, and that location? Right in the heart of all the action! So convenient for any adventure!

While everything else shined, the furnishings are a bit tired. My room could have used a small table with chairs instead of just the well-worn ottoman—it felt a bit lacking. The carpet also showed some wear and tear, which brought the vibe down a notch.

i recently stayed here for a romantic getaway and was pleasantly surprised. the spacious room had an incredible view of downtown durham, and the staff made our visit extra special by being friendly and attentive. overall, this place definitely exceeded my expectations compared to my past experiences in durham.

I had a great time at aloft! The bed was the best part. it didn’t leave my back aching at all. it’s super close to everything, especially the dpac. the staff was friendly and efficient, making my stay even better. I loved having shampoo and soap dispensers in the shower. the outdoor pool looked nice too!
